Ordering and production
Which Anieze pieces are made to order?
A product is made to order when its product page is marked “Made to order.” These pieces are produced after payment and normally require approximately 2–6 weeks of production before dispatch. This production estimate is separate from shipping time.
Can I request custom measurements or a personalized version of a catalogue design?
Standard catalogue designs are offered in the sizes and options shown on their product pages and are not personalized at checkout. If you have your own design, need custom measurements, or would like Anieze to develop a bespoke piece, contact sales@anizashop.com before ordering.
Can I change or cancel a made-to-order or bespoke order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because production may begin soon after payment, a change or cancellation is not guaranteed once work has begun. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How do I choose a size?
Use the size guide beside the size selector on the product page. If you need help before ordering, email us with the product name and the size you are considering.
Where can I find material, construction, and care information?
Each product page lists its material and key construction details, together with product-specific care guidance. Leather and shearling pieces should be handled by an appropriate professional cleaner unless the product page states otherwise.
Shipping
Where does Anieze ship?
We ship to France and to the other supported destinations available at checkout. Anieze does not ship to Russia. If a country or delivery option is unavailable at checkout, contact us before placing an order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free from €200 in France and from €350 in other supported destinations. Below those thresholds, the available rate is calculated at checkout for the destination and order value.
When will my order ship?
Ready catalogue items and made-to-order items have different preparation times. For a made-to-order piece, allow approximately 2–6 weeks for production before dispatch. Available delivery services and shipping estimates are shown at checkout, and tracking is sent when the order ships.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods available for your location and device are displayed securely at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Eligible standard catalogue items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the return-policy conditions and the item being returned in the required condition. Bespoke or personalized goods made to a customer’s specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are unaffected. Email sales@anizashop.com before sending a return.
How are exchanges handled?
The preferred exchange method is shipment to and from your delivery address. An in-person exchange in Paris may be possible only when arranged and confirmed with Anieze in advance.
