Shipping and delivery
Anieze ships to the destinations available at checkout. We do not ship to Russia. Available services, shipping charges, taxes, and estimated transit times are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the destination and order.
Processing and production
Ready-stock items are prepared for dispatch after order verification. The estimated dispatch or delivery information shown at checkout or in your order confirmation applies.
Products identified as made to order are produced after purchase. Unless a product page states otherwise, allow approximately 2–6 weeks for production before dispatch. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders containing both ready-stock and made-to-order items may ship together when the full order is ready unless Anieze confirms a split shipment.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, and incorrect address information can cause delays outside Anieze’s reasonable control.
Address changes
Contact sales@anizashop.com immediately if a shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered production, fulfilment, or carrier processing. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. For international orders, the destination country may impose import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges that are not collected by Anieze. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photographs. We will work with the carrier and apply your statutory rights and our Returns and Refund Policy.
